❤️‍🩹 Cardiac & Pulmonary Phase 3 at the YMCA ❤️‍🩹

Ready to continue your journey toward greater strength, confidence, and independence?

Our Cardiac & Pulmonary Phase 3 class is designed for individuals who have completed Phase 2 or for those who would benefit from more supervision and support during independent exercise.

During each session, participants receive individualized monitoring and guidance, including:

🫀 Heart rate monitored before and after exercise
🫁 Oxygen (O₂) levels monitored before and after exercise
🩺 Blood pressure monitored before and after exercise
🏃 Exercise time and activity tracked throughout the session
🤝 Support and supervision throughout your workout

This is a great way to continue building endurance, strength, and confidence while exercising in a safe and supportive environment.

⏰ 8:30–9:30 AM
💲 $12/month members/ $24 nonmember

If you or a loved one has ever received a cancer diagnosis, the Mercer County Family YMCA is here to support your journey. We are proud to offer LIVESTRONG at the YMCA, a FREE 12-week evidence-based program designed to help cancer survivors regain physical health and build community.

What Each Session Includes: 🏋️ Workout Portion: Gentle, tailored physical activity focused on rebuilding strength, flexibility, and endurance at your own comfortable pace. 🤝 Support Group Portion: A warm, welcoming environment to share experiences, form meaningful connections, and bond with others who understand your journey.

🗓 Dates: September – November
⏰ Times: Tuesdays & Fridays | 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM
📍 Location: Mercer County Family YMCA
💰 Cost: 100% FREE

✨ Let's dance our way to the end of July! ✨

We're wrapping up our month of July Pop-Up Classes with Dance Through Imagery, and we can't think of a better way to finish!

This class is all about moving your body, letting go of stress, and having fun. No dance experience is needed—just come with an open mind and a willingness to move. Through music and guided imagery, you'll enjoy a unique workout that's uplifting, creative, and refreshing.
