We are offering POUND for FREE for this summer on Wednesday evenings at 6:15pm starting June 3rd. It will be taught by our new instructor, Ruth!
It will be located in the Y studio and space is limited.
POUND is a cardio jam-session designed to release the Rockstar within us all while promoting total body fitness. A full body workout that combined strength training with yoga and Pilates inspired movements.
