A former super-speeder in Weatherford got sidelined by a sidewalk.

She happens to be a tiny powerhouse who needed a small walker with big wheels for off-road gardening, but Medicare sent her a giant walker with tiny wheels and refused to take it back. (Imagine that.)

We set her up for action with a small four wheel MONSTER walker with seat, including a drink holder for the drink of choice, and a basket for gardening tools and a pistol.

A home health patient, who has since become a dear friend, had his beautiful fish die while he and his mom were both hospitalized.

Thanks to Robert Haberzettle in Weatherford and a generous donation from the Weatherford Evening Lion's Club (thanks Lynn Norris!) many fish are now getting used to their beautiful new home complete with live plants.

May they thrive, along with you my friend.
