As the summer comes to an end, all of us in Greenbrier County must prepare to part ways. Here is what we’ll be up to after we leave Greenbrier:

Victoria will start her senior year of college, where she will begin work on her thesis and return to school to see her friends.

Sarah will start her senior year of college, where she looks forward to going to football games with her friends.

Ben will start his sophomore year of college, where he will be working at an after-school program teaching middle schoolers.

Sean will start his sophomore year of college, where he looks forward to playing club beach volleyball.

Final photos at Emerald City! A special thank you to United Way of the Greenbrier Valley for providing the funding for this project.

This summer at Emerald City, we remodeled the bathroom. We installed a shower. We repaired the floors, installed new subfloor, and floor coverings. We installed a medicine cabinet. We put in floor coverings in the hallway and two bedrooms. We built a new front porch.

This summer at Sam I Am, volunteers installed a metal roof on top of the home. On the inside, volunteers installed a new ceiling in the bedroom and repaired the living room ceiling.

This summer at Jolly we built a 6x10 porch off the front of the home. We installed underpinning everywhere. We put on an SBS roof.

Final photos at Lantern! A special thank you to American Electric Power - AEP for providing the funding to do this project.

This summer at Lantern we remodeled the kitchen. We started with mold removal. Then we repaired the joists. We installed a girder under the kitchen. We installed new subfloor, drywall, floor coverings, cabinets, countertop, backsplash, and light fixtures.
