Agriculture teachers deserve to be celebrated every day for the impact they make on students, communities, and the future of agriculture. September 17 gives us an extra reason to make sure their work gets the recognition it deserves.

Do you have a talent you're ready to share? Whether you sing, dance, play an instrument, perform comedy, magic, or have another unique act, we want to see you on stage!

FFA's Got Talent will be featured live during the Minnesota FFA Foundation's Great Minnesota Give-Together Telethon at the Minnesota State Fair on Sunday, August 30, from 4:00–8:00 p.m.

🎭 Selected performers receive:
✨ A $100 scholarship
🎟️ Minnesota State Fair admission
🎤 The opportunity to perform live before a State Fair audience and livestream viewers

🏆 Top Scholarship Awards:
🥇 1st Place – $500
🥈 2nd Place – $300

FFA officer retreat the past three days. We stayed at a Vrbo in Plymouth. Tuesday was tours at Busch Flower Farm and Camp Courage, ice cream at Homey & Mackie’s, lots of planning filled by supper, shopping and more planning. This morning’s thunderstorms put a halt to hopes of going to a waterpark. It was a fun few days of bonding, service projects, developing leadership skills and planning for an exciting year!

Thank you to everyone who participated in the Kiddie Pedal Pull tonight. We were fortunate enough to have the rain clear and the sun make an appearance before start time. A huge thank you to Kid Power Tractor Pulls from Hanlontown, IA for once again providing the equipment, technical help and trophies. Also thanks to all of the FFA members who helped with registration and handing out pop and trophies. We had 76 participants this year!
