💙🚤 YOU CAN STILL HELP! 🌊

Thanks to the incredible generosity of our community, we’re making progress toward our goal of raising $165,000 for a much-needed rescue and dive boat!

But we’re not there yet, and we still need YOUR help! 💙

With approximately 32 water rescue calls each year, having the right equipment is critical when every second counts. This boat will help our volunteers respond to emergencies on the water and continue doing what we do best — saving lives! 🚤🚨

Whether you’re an individual, a local business, or an organization looking to make a difference, we would love your support!

💙 Every dollar counts, no matter how big or small!

💙 Can’t donate? Sharing this post helps more than you know!

💙 Interested in helping with a fundraiser or sponsorship? We’d love to hear from you!

We are beyond grateful for everyone who has already stepped up to support this mission. Your generosity is bringing us one step closer to making this boat a reality!

💚🚑 PULLIN’ FOR A PURPOSE 🚑💚

What an AMAZING event this past weekend!

Blount County Rescue Squad was honored to be invited to participate in Pullin’ for a Purpose, benefiting the Power Partners Special Needs Powerlifting Team. Seeing everyone come together, cheer one another on, and take on the challenge of pulling our rescue ambulance made for a day we won’t soon forget! 💪

We are so thankful to everyone who organized the event, participated, volunteered, cheered from the sidelines, and helped make the day such a success. This is what community is all about—showing up, supporting one another, and having a whole lot of fun while doing it!

We were proud to provide the ambulance for the pull and even prouder to be part of such a meaningful event. 💚

☀️🚨Blount County Farm Tour Days 2026! 🚨☀️

Blount County Rescue Squad was honored to provide medical standby and first aid during this year’s Farm Tour Days! A special thank you to Blount County Farm Bureau Women for inviting us to participate in this amazing event!!

Deputy Chief Danielle McClurg shared:

"We were grateful for the opportunity to provide medical standby and first aid at the Blount County Tour, serving 400 children on the first day and 691 on the second.

With the extreme heat, we especially appreciate Knox/East Tennessee Healthcare Coalition for providing a tent equipped with three air conditioners, two fans, and a generator. This gave us a safe place to cool down and care for the children and adults who needed assistance.

A special thank-you to our dedicated volunteers for showing up, working through the heat, and supporting this event. We truly appreciate everyone who helped make it possible! We are always proud and grateful to serve our community! “

Beautifully said Deputy Chief McClurg!! Thank you to everyone who made this event successful!!
