The Dorothy Mitchell-Kincaid Beloved Community Outreach Foundation, Inc. The foundation was formed November 2013 to meet the needs of Blount County citizens whose resources have been depleted due to health care challenges.

It provides medicine copayments, utilities and rent assistance for those with chronic illness.
