The BCCNM Down Payment Assistance is now accepting applications!

Eligibility requirements for the program are as follows:

1. Must upload proof of household income which must be below 120% of the Area Medium Income (AMI)
2. Must upload mortgage pre-approval letter
3. Must upload contract for purchase and close within 90 days or before June 15, 2027
4. Must upload certificate of completion of homeownership counseling delivered by financial institution of choice
5. Must provide a short description (200 words or less) describing how this grant will assist you in procuring a home
6. Upload other grants and amounts
7. You may not receive any cash back at closing
8. The property must be in Albuquerque.
