🌏 The English Bible Camp is underway in Cambodia!

The team is now in Takeo, Cambodia, where nearly 40 children ages 9-13 gathered at New Life Church for the first day of English Bible Camp.

Bible lessons, English conversation, music, crafts, games, and more filled the day, with the children preparing a skit of a Bible story to present to their families on the final day.

Pastor Bill and Sally have led camps like this for 22 years across 7 countries, with more than 10,000 children hearing the Gospel over that time. What a legacy of faithfulness to the Great Commission!

Pastor Moberly visited seven BELC congregations in November 2023.

During the visit, he also led a two day leadership training seminar to encourage pastors and church leaders.

Please pray for continued unity, encouragement, and spiritual growth among these congregations.

🌏 Update #3 is live from the Vietnam-Cambodia mission team!

After a beautiful final evening of ministry in Vietnam with David (Duc) Tran's English class, the team has arrived in Cambodia. Pastor Sam Chim, who has been planting churches there for over 30 years, welcomed them with a visit to the Killing Fields and the S21 Genocide Museum. His own family's story of survival and faith under the Khmer Rouge is a powerful testament to God's faithfulness across generations.

Today they visited the ALWM Island School, accessible only by boat, where 30 children are receiving a Christian education they would otherwise never have. Then on to pray over the new site of the ALWM Cambodia Youth and Ministry Training Center. What looked like a setback when the original location near the border became uncertain has become something even better. God's redirection is always worth watching.

Tonight they head to Takeo for a three-day English Bible Camp with 45 to 50 kids ages 10 to 13. Read the full update at the link in our bio.

In 2017, ALWM led four days of pastor and leadership training in Bangladesh.

More than 100 people attended from three Lutheran groups that were originally planted by European mission agencies generations ago.

Training faithful leaders is essential as churches continue reaching unreached communities with the Gospel.

🌏 God is at work in Da Lat!

After a 7-hour drive into the mountains of Vietnam, the team joined Dr. Hang and her volunteer medical team for an incredible weekend of ministry. More than 200 people received checkups, medicine, and reading glasses. About 65 children were welcomed with care, crafts, and the love of Christ.

And on the drive back, two rural tribal churches received Clean Water/Living Water filtration systems.

This was the first ALWM medical/evangelism outreach in Da Lat, a region of 20+ congregations among unreached tribal groups in a country that is less than 2% evangelical. There is so much more to the story!

God is bringing new life to the church in Bangladesh.

BELC reports 70 new converts in recent ministry efforts.

What an incredible reminder that the Gospel is still transforming lives.

Please pray for these new believers as they grow in faith and become strong disciples of Jesus Christ.

BELC currently has ten churches throughout Bangladesh.

Some congregations are small, while others continue to grow as new believers come to faith in Jesus Christ.

Together, these churches include about 300 members.

Thank God for every believer and every church faithfully proclaiming the Gospel in Bangladesh.
