A federal judge will hear The New Mexico Forward Party's challenge this week to New Mexico's two-tiered qualification process for putting candidates on the ballot. The state's newest political party, aligned with Andrew Yang, says the rules requiring candidates from small parties to get submit more signatures than Democrat or Republican Parties unfairly protects the two-party system.
