Chairwoman Homendy has served on the NTSB since 2018 and as Chairwoman since 2021. Prior to joining the NTSB, she spent nearly 15 years working on transportation policy and oversight for the U.S. House of Representatives. She brings extensive experience in transportation safety and federal policy to her leadership of the NTSB.
