Hello Rocket Families!

All four PTA officer positions are coming up for election. Inez PTA members will be voting at the April meeting to fill all four of the PTA officer positions: President, Vice President, Treasurer, and Secretary. There are no incumbents running, so these positions are completely open.

If you are interested in running for one of these roles, would like to know more about the roles, or if you have any questions, please email [email protected]. The positions will be voted on at the April PTA meeting (date to be announced soon).

We appreciate you considering serving the Inez community in this way. The PTA provides the volunteer structure for annual events and traditions including the Fall Carnival, Balloons Aloft, Fun Run, and spirit T-shirts. Fundraising throughout the year provides the budget for water play day, teacher and staff appreciation events, classroom supplies and field trip buses. Officer roles can be adapted around work and school schedules, and have been streamlined in recent years to fit around the lives of busy people!

Time to Start Fundraising for the 2026 Student Fun Run!

Day? Wednesday, March 4, 2026
Time? 2:15-3:00 p.m.

There are lots of ways to participate, and the class that raises the most will win a pizza party!
1. Make a donation at https://inezpta.square.site. Funds are used to support end-of-year traditions like water play day and the talent show. We aren’t counting laps, just giving what we can for kids. Friends and extended family can give, too!

We are once again ordering from our good friends at Baca Boys Cafe!
Each burrito ordered comes with a drink (hot chocolate or coffee), and all money raised benefits Inez students and staff through funding for field trips, classroom supplies, and fun extras like water play day.
