Happy New Year to all of our friends, musicians, and audience! We’ll be ringing in 2026 by preparing for our concert this Sunday. It’s been a joy working with Deborah and James Dunham, and we can’t wait to share the results with you on Sunday - 2:00 at St. Paul Lutheran Church, ELCA, pre-concert talk with goodies at 1:15 in the fellowship hall.

We're tremendously excited to welcome James and Deborah Dunham for their ACS debuts on Sunday, January 4, at 2:00PM at St. Paul Lutheran Church! James was for many years the violist of the legendary Cleveland Quartet and Deborah is a leading Baroque and classical bassist in the Houston area and has played with Santa Fe Pro Musica and Santa Fe Opera. Joining the Dunhams will be pianist Judith Gordon, violinist Megan Julyan Holland, and cellist James Holland. Our program includes an arrangement of Maurice Ravel's Mother Goose Suite by Roland Kato, a duo specially written for the Dunhams by Rice University composer Pierre Jalbert, and Schubert's beloved "Trout" Quintet. We will host a pre-concert talk with refreshments at 1:15 in the fellowship hall. Start your 2026 with beautiful music!
