The African American Museum and Cultural Center of New Mexico (AAMCCNM) is proud to sponsor Hearing Our Voices, Reading Our Words, a Black History Month celebration honoring African American writers in New Mexico.

Charlia Boyer and Doris Fields will be speaking to their works and those of other African American authors. The event will have an impressive display of published works of New Mexican African American writers in all genres.

The program will be held Saturday, February 1st at the Rudolfo Anaya Library, located at 7704 2nd Street NW, from 1:00–3:00 pm.
