Kids Cook Eat food, real food, with variety and moderation! In 2009, we officially became a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization.

We started working with Albuquerque Public Schools in 2001, teaching students all over the city about cooking and eating foods with variety and moderation. At present, we teach tasting and cooking lessons during the school day in 12 elementary schools within APS and Bernalillo Public Schools. In addition, we teach family and kids cooking classes through Presbyterian and do programming at other events in the summer time. November First Friday Night is coming up! Join Kids Cook! on Friday, November 6 from 5:00 to 6:30 PM at the Indian Pueblo Entrepreneur Complex. We’ll be making Mashed Sweet Potato, Cranberry Compote, and Brussels Sprouts together while families practice real kitchen skills, try new foods, and cook side by side.
