Greetings, noble populace of the Barony of al-Barran! The Barony is now seeking letters of intent from those who wish to serve as our next Baronial Herald, Scorpion Pursuivant.
If you have a passion for service, we encourage you to step forward!
Responsibilities:
· Conduct local heraldic processes, acting in accordance with society and kingdom policies and guidelines.
·Coordinate with the other heralds in the kingdom on projects and communication
·Provide monthly reports to the Kingdom Herald and Baronial Seneschal
·Uphold the SCA's core values and maintain compliance with organizational standards.
·Address and report any grievances or disputes to the appropriate Kingdom officer(s).
Requirements:
·Maintain an membership of the SCA for the complete 2-year term
·Coordinate with local officers and event stewards to facilitate heraldic services
·Attend regular Baronial officers’ meetings and provide copies of your monthly reports to the Baronial Seneschal and Coronet.
·Coordinate with local populace to facilitate timely processing of heraldic registrations with the appropriate Kingdom deputy.
·Coordinate with local deputies on award reporting to the appropriate Kingdom Deputy
