Hello Petroglyph community! Our principal Ms. Perea has asked us to reschedule our meeting so that she is able to attend. We have also adjusted the time so that parents who work can hopefully attend as well. If you have any questions, want to volunteer or are interested in a a leadership role but can't attend please reply in comments. Thank you!!

Dear Petroglyph Community,

I am writing to you as a concerned member of our Parent-Teacher Association (PTA). As you may be aware, our PTA has been an essential pillar of support for our school community, facilitating numerous initiatives and events that greatly benefit our children's education.

Recently, we have encountered a challenging situation. Several members of the current PTA board are facing unavoidable circumstances that require them to step down from their roles. This sudden turnover at the leadership level places our PTA at risk of dissolution, a situation that we are determined to prevent.

We believe that a strong PTA plays a crucial role in enriching the educational experience of our children and fostering a strong sense of community among parents, teachers, and students. Therefore, we are reaching out to you with a heartfelt request for your support.

We are urgently seeking dedicated individuals who are willing to step up and volunteer their time, skills, and passion to ensure the continuity and vitality of our PTA. By volunteering, you will not only help prevent the dissolution of our PTA but also contribute to maintaining the positive impact it has on our school.

Whether you have experience in event planning, fundraising, communication, or simply a deep desire to contribute, we welcome your involvement. Your commitment, no matter how big or small, will make a significant difference.

If you are interested in taking on a leadership role, please let us know as soon as possible.

Alternatively, if you would like to help out in other capacities, such as volunteering at events or providing ideas, we would greatly appreciate your participation.

To express your interest or inquire further, please reply to this email or feel free to attend the meeting Tuesday August 29th at 3:00pm after school. This meeting we will either vote in a new board or vote to dissolve the Petroglyph PTA.

Let's work together to ensure the continued success of our PTA and the well-being of our school community.

HELP!!! We need your help to keep PTA alive. We need parents to fill the below board positions. We had so much fun serving Petroglyph this year and are hoping to keep the fun activities going! But we can't do it without more help! Please reach out if you would like more info on duties for board positions, or if you would just like to be more involved next year. We need following new board member volunteers -Vice President
- Secretary
- Treasurer
