UNM American Red Cross Club The American Red Cross prevents and alleviates human suffering in the face of emergencies by mobilizing the power of volunteers and the generosity of donors

We are working to get students involved on and off campus! We do community porjects involving fundraising and general outreach projects. There are no requirements to join and all are welcome!!! We meet every Thursday from 7 to 8 pm in the SUB! Come be a part of something BIG!

Thanks to all who participated in this year's Holiday Mail for Heroes! This is the last year Red Cross will be a part of this project. Here's why--many other organizations deliver cards to our military members, and we are grateful to them for doing so. This allows Red Cross to focus on our core mission, which is to deliver humanitarian support in times of emergency to our military and their families. Thank you, all.

Here's an incredible story on why smoke alarms are so important!

Earlier this year, a mother and three children safely escaped a devastating home fire, thanks to a free smoke alarm that was installed by the American Red Cross and Indianapolis Fire Department in October 2014.
