New Mexico Christian Legal Aid About New Mexico Christian Legal Aid NMCLA volunteers encourage and support one another through prayer, training and mentorship, and fellowship events.

In addition to providing one-on-one pro bono legal assistance, New Mexico Christian Legal Aid has expanded its services to provide Preventative Law and Community Legal Education seminars serving over 1500 persons each year.

Our Fall Training Seminar is scheduled for Friday, October 27th 2017, from 11:00-5:00 pm at the State Bar Center.

The training will consist of a free lunch, an overview of pro-Deo legal representation, Counseling the Homeless, Family Law, Criminal Law, Immigration Law, and more. This will be a very informative seminar with 4.3 free CLE credits.



This is a great time for new volunteers to learn about New Mexico Christian Legal Aid and to fellowship with other believers. Current volunteers are welcome and encouraged to attend. We are always in need of new volunteers so please think about fellow attorneys who might be interested in attending.

The Christian Legal Aid Spring Training Seminar will be held Friday, April 21st, from 12:00-5:00 pm at the State Bar Center.
The training will consist of a free lunch, free CLE credits (pending approval), information about New Mexico Christian Legal Aid, Counseling the Poor and Homeless, Maximizing Disability Benefits, and Navigating Pro-se Divorce Forms from Start to Finish. We will also have presenters from the Public Defenders office discussing Criminal Law.
