First Nations Education & Advocacy against Sex Trafficking - EAST Education & Advocacy against S*x Trafficking (EAST) is dedicated to supporting Native American/Alaskan victims of s*x trafficking.

EAST provides comprehensive case management services to all Native America/Alaskan Native victims of s*x trafficking- including women, men, youth 13 and up and LGBTQ who are currently living in Albuquerque, New Mexico and the surrounding Tribal communities. In addition to case management, the program engages in weekly community outreach, promotes awareness through presentations to families, health

care providers and communities to educate on the issues of s*x trafficking. To ensure a comprehensive service system to meet the needs of our clients EAST can also provide victim advocacy services and referrals to outside community partners.

7.25.25 – UPDATED NAVAJO NATION MISSING PERSONS POSTER

WINDOW ROCK, Ariz. – The Navajo Police Department has updated the Navajo Nation Missing Person’s poster.

There are approximately 68 individuals in the Navajo Nation that are currently missing, with some missing since the 1970s, including 19 females and 49 males.

Anyone with possible information on any of the missing person’s cases is encouraged to call the Navajo Police Department Tip Line at (928) 686-8563 or email tips to [email protected].

Here is a breakdown of Missing Person’s in each NPD District:

WINDOW ROCK: 13
SHIPROCK: 10
CROWNPOINT: 10
TUBA CITY: 10
CHINLE : 7
KAYENTA: 8
DILKON: 10

**Out of 68 of these cases, 39 are assigned to Navajo Police Department- Missing Person Unit and 29 cases are assigned with the Navajo Nation Department of Criminal Investigations, BIA, or FBI.
