Stay connected to UNM through UNM Young Alumni! We are here for young and recent grads to socialize, Comments and discussion may be moderated.

The UNM Young Alumni was established in 1999 to help bring together recent grads from The University of New Mexico. The mission is to help with the transition from student to alumni and provide opportunities for networking and philanthropy, and a way to stay connected to UNM. Our Facebook Policy:

Now Hiring: Nuclear Facilities Engineer 3 or 4 – Structural Engineering
At Engineer 4, you’ll have the opportunity to take on design-authority-level leadership, lead complex structural analyses and multidisciplinary teams, resolve challenging engineering issues, conduct peer reviews, and support high-consequence engineering work for Hazard Category 2 and 3 nuclear facilities.
This is a role for engineers who want technical ownership, autonomy, leadership, and meaningful mission impact.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for last night’s Homecoming Howl Run! 🐺❤️ The UNM Young Alumni Chapter raised over $500 in raffle ticket sales thanks to your support — all of which will go toward a graduate student scholarship next fall!

A huge thank you to .abq for the collaboration and for their contribution toward the scholarship. We love partnering with our amazing community and can’t wait to do it again soon!

Big thanks to Coach Eck for always supporting the Young Alumni community! See you at the Homecoming game this Saturday at 7:45 PM 🏈

As part of the week’s festivities, the Young Alumni are collaborating with Run Club ABQ for the first-ever Homecoming Howl Run! The run starts at 6 PM in front of Flock of Moons, followed by a happy hour with food, DJ, raffle, and merch like Coach’s hoodie.
