On the surface, 2105 Saint Cyr Avenue is just an apartment complex. And it’s becoming more and more apparent everyday. We are The Hive: an emerging center for intentional community, sustainability, radical self-reliance, permaculture, experimental art and music, political action, and much more. Our location, across the street from CNM on Buena Vista and Saint Cyr, has been attracting a lot of attention for its ongoing building projects and DIY skills workshops. We have ten residential units, five art studio spaces, a community room, a tool garage, and a laundry room. Although we are still growing, we envision the hub for a thriving community of motivated progressive-thinking individuals coming together to create a more happy and healthy world for everyone. If you’re interested in renting a living space/work space or getting involved in our projects and workshops, please contact us. We’re always looking for new faces!
