Wings For Life International is currently hiring licensed clinical professionals to support our expanding behavioral health and recovery programs serving justice-involved individuals and those impacted by substance use and trauma.

We are seeking qualified professionals in New Mexico with one or more of the following credentials:

• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
• Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
• Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)
• Licensed Substance Abuse Associate (LSAA)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

These positions play a vital role in providing trauma-informed, culturally responsive care and supporting the continued growth of our clinical and reentry services. Responsibilities may include individual counseling, group facilitation, documentation review, case collaboration, and support of staff and interns.

Ideal candidates will have experience working with individuals impacted by incarceration, substance use disorders, mental health challenges, and complex trauma.
