June 15 marks 14 years since DACA opened doors for thousands of young immigrants.
DACA has helped Dreamers work, study, support their families, and contribute to their communities — but it is still temporary. Dreamers deserve lasting protection, stability, and a pathway to citizenship.

We’re entering an important new chapter at the New Mexico Immigrant Law Center.

After 15 years of building NMILC into a trusted, statewide leader, co-founder Jenny Landau is transitioning into a new role as Founder and Senior Advisor. We’re also proud to share that Teague González has stepped into the role of Executive Director following a thoughtful transition.

This moment reflects both continuity and growth.

Today, NMILC serves more than 10,000 children and families each year, and our work continues to expand. From Family Preparedness Clinics to the New Mexico Habeas Project, we are meeting urgent needs across the state.

As we look ahead, we invite you to be part of what’s next.

💛 Support this work through the NMILC Thrive Fund: https://www.nmilc.org/donate

Together, we can ensure immigrant communities in New Mexico have access to justice, dignity, and opportunity.
