Join us for our meeting February 16 with speaker Jason Eck, the Head Football Coach at UNM.

Eck was named head coach at UNM on December 14, 2024. He immediately created a positive impact with his dynamic optimism, colorful speech and savvy choices from “The Portal”, including his son, Linebacker Jaxton. They took the 2025 Lobos to a 9-4 record and a Bowl Game with Minnesota (Lost in OT), their best season since 2016.

Come and join us and learn the Essence of True Leadership with the upcoming Southwest District of Kiwanis International Club Leadership Education Training for all club officers and members.

Leadership isn't about doing everything yourself; it's about empowering others to rise. The moment you step into a leadership role, your job shifts from ex*****on to elevation. It's no longer just about getting things done; it's about inspiring, coaching, and guiding your team to operate at their highest level.

Great leaders understand their true impact lies in how many people they help grow. Your core responsibility is to foster a culture built on ownership, trust, and continuous development. When your team thrives, you thrive. Ultimately, the most effective way to lead is by bringing out the best in the people around you.

We plan to assist club leaders and members with these and more. Plan to join us! We look forward to seeing you in August!
