Project zoë is a non-profit organization created specifically for young ladies in need of hope, encouragement and sometimes a helping hand. Organizations that work with "at-risk" youth refer young ladies, ages 13-21, to Project zoë where these girls receive a personal shopping experience designed just for them. Fashion and clothing are an important part of teen girls’ lives and many of these young
ladies have not had the opportunity to shop for new clothing; each young lady that comes into Project zoë will receive 3 items absolutely free. Beyond the initial shopping experience; our desire is to create a relationship with these young ladies, tearing down walls of fear, hopelessness, addiction and abuse while building self-confidence, self-worth and inspiring hope. To encourage the young ladies to return they will receive an additional free item the month of their birthday and workshops will be offered, simply for attending and completing the workshops these young ladies will earn additional vouchers for clothing and accessories. Workshops are designed to create confidence in these young ladies while teaching them life skills. Art workshops with a focus on healing and creativity will also be offered. Workshops are designed to both bless these young ladies with clothing, create relationships that show the love of Jesus and help them gain the confidence in their abilities. Our hope and prayer is that every young lady that visits Project zoë experiences the non-judgmental love of Jesus and the knowledge that she is special, she is worth investing in. In a world of judgment Project zoë will be a beam of light that radiates God’s love showing these young ladies that regardless of their past they deserve to experience love and to know they are valued.
