Each of our team members has been radically impacted by the concept of spiritual multiplication. We have seen people being won to Christ, discipled, and in turn repeating the process. Having seen actual examples of this in ministry, our team is committed to helping believers everywhere do the same. We want to help Christians everywhere become equipped to share their faith and make multiplying Christ-like multipliers.
Our team consists of 7 committed staff. These include Brandon and Anne Cox, Caitlin Craft, Nate and Erin Herbst, and Ben and Meghan Renfro. The Great Commission Alliance is a ministry of the Lighthouse Charitable Foundation. Our team utilizes a shared leadership model of organizational structure. Here is a little more about each of our team members (in alphabetical order).
Brandon and Anne Cox have degrees in Psychology and Economics. They have been on staff for five years. Anne is our administrative and logistical person and Brandon is focused on team dynamics, training content, and he is our generational ministry coordinator.
Caitlin Craft has a B.A. degree in communications with an emphasis in organizations and a minor in religious studies. She has served for seven years in different areas of ministry. She is the most recent staff person to join the team and she will be focusing on curriculum development.
Nate and Erin Herbst have been on staff for the past thirteen years and were both involved in different areas of ministry for many years before that. Nate has a PhD in Leadership and he and Erin both have seminary degrees from Liberty University. Erin is focused on training content while Nate oversees team vision and direction while co-leading ministry consulting with Ben Renfro.

Ben and Meghan Renfro have degrees in pastoral studies and graphic design. They have been on staff for three years. Ben is committed to helping churches and ministries thrive in evangelism and discipleship (where he co-leads the consulting ministry with Nate) while Meghan oversees the team's graphic design needs.
