🏈 Keep the Game About the Game

Sports betting can add excitement to game day, but it’s important to keep it in perspective.

Responsible sports betting means setting limits before you place a bet, never wagering money you need for everyday expenses, and remembering that betting should be entertainment — not a way to make money or recover losses.

A few reminders for keeping sports betting responsible:

✔ Set a budget and stick to it.
✔ Don’t chase losses.
✔ Take breaks from betting.
✔ Never borrow money to place a bet.
✔ Know when it’s time to stop.

If sports betting is no longer feeling like entertainment, support is available.
