What an honor it is has been for Team Bravo to continue working with Vietnam Veterans for their Adaptive PT.
Team Bravo meets up on Thursdays with Army Vietnam Veteran Mr. James to get a workout in and continue his health journey.
When asked what he would say to any Veteran struggling, he said,
"Sometimes we don’t understand why things happen to us the way they do. But no matter how hard or unfair life is, we have to keep moving forward with what we’ve got."

Team Bravo’s mission is to empower veterans and their families on their journey to healing by providing impactful opportunities that support both physical and emotional well-being. It is now our honor to join the Veterans Adaptive PT Rehabilitation Program and continue that mission in partnership with those we serve.
It was my honor for me to work with Vietnam Veteran Mr. James in yesterday's session.

Team Bravo ended the month on a high note! One of our leaders, Ricardo Jimenez, was recognized by US Eagle Federal Credit Union with a $1,000 donation to Team Bravo!

As we kick off November, we have a full month of amazing events:

Veterans Day (Nov 11): We’ll be hosting a Blood Drive at two locations — Bfit505 and Forge Fitness.

November 15: Our annual warm clothing and food drive/ ruck for Michael Rooney and his department at the VA.

End of the month: We’ll continue our Veteran Su***de Awareness workouts at both Bfit505 and Forge Fitness.
