The purposes of the Society are to advance the science of medical imaging and radiation therapy, to maintain high standards of education, to enhance the quality of patient care, and to further the welfare and socioeconomics of radiologic technologists. Membership has a multitude of benefits, including:

Grow your professional network and build relationships with other radiologic technologists across the state. Scholarships are awarded annually, valued at $500 each, to one radiologic technologist and one student. Scientific poster contest is held annually, with the first-place prize valued at $200!

ISRT at Work for You!

Next week, delegates from the ISRT will attend the ASRT Annual Governance and House of Delegates meeting. There will be delegates from all states, as well as those elected to represent the chapters (modalities and areas of practice). They will discuss and vote on motions and proposed changes to the ASRT Bylaws and adopt clinical practice and educational standards.
