✨ MEET CILENA ✨

Founder & Executive Director of Jump In2 School

Hi, I’m Cilena Trujillo, the woman behind the Jump In2 School Bash.

This organization is more than an event to me — it’s personal.

Growing up in foster care, I know firsthand what it feels like to face challenges at a young age and not always have the resources, support, or opportunities you need. Those experiences became a huge part of the reason I created Jump In2 School.

What started as a vision to help kids go back to school feeling prepared and confident has grown into something bigger than I ever imagined.

Through the Jump In2 School Bash and our year-round programs, we work to provide students and families with backpacks, school supplies, essential resources, mentorship, entrepreneurship opportunities, community connections, and experiences that remind our youth that their circumstances do not determine their future.

But my favorite part?

Seeing a child walk away smiling.
Seeing families feel supported.
Seeing our community come together for our kids.
And watching something that started as an idea continue to grow year after year.

I’m a mom, survivor and an entrepreneur, and someone who believes deeply in creating opportunities for the next generation.

My story is a big part of my WHY.

And I’m just getting started.

Welcome to Jump In2 School. 💙

What an amazing night at the Albuquerque Isotopes game! ⚾️💙

There’s nothing better than seeing our kids and their families laughing, cheering, and making memories together. These moments remind us that it’s not just about attending a game—it’s about creating opportunities for families to connect, have fun, and enjoy quality time together.

A huge thank you to Cumulus Media for generously donating tickets and helping make this special evening possible for our community. Your support gave so many families an experience they’ll never forget.

Congratulations to the Isotopes on the win! 🎉 It made an already incredible night even more exciting!

To every family who joined us, thank you for spending your evening with us. We hope you had as much fun as we did, and we can’t wait to create more opportunities like this throughout the year. Together, we’re building stronger families, stronger communities, and brighter futures for our kids. ❤️

🎒💙 A Huge Thank You to David Salazar & the Bank of America Team! 💙🎒 2026 Backpack Drive

A HUGE thank you to David Salazar and the amazing team at Bank of America for organizing a backpack drive to support Jump In2 School!

Your generous donation of backpacks and school supplies will help students in our community start the new school year with confidence and the essential tools they need to succeed. Your kindness and commitment to giving back are creating opportunities and making a meaningful difference in the lives of so many children and families.

We are incredibly grateful for partners like you who believe in our mission and continue to invest in the future of our youth. Together, we’re building a stronger community—one backpack, one student, and one act of kindness at a time.

Thank you for helping us make a difference! ❤️📚
