We provide our local area with affordable, fun, and quality technical and tactical soccer instruction focused on player development, with certified coaches and referees. Players are grouped by divisions: 6U, 8U, 10U, 12U, 14U, and 19U, with "which division" determined by birth year. We run three seasons, Fall (outdoor), Winter (indoor), and Spring (Outdoor). We also offer soccer camps during the
summer months. Fall and Spring seasons are based at the AYSO 1625 Soccer Fields at Marshall Opportunity High School, 225 E Watson St in Albion. As player numbers permit, we may add teams based in surrounding communities (e.g., Marshall, Homer, Springport). Fall outdoor season runs from two Tuesdays before Labor Day until the end of October. Tuesday practices begin before Labor Day at 6pm. After Labor Day, practices continue on Tuesdays at 6pm, with 8U and older divisions adding a second practice on Thursdays at 6pm. Fall games start on the 3rd or 4th Saturday, and run for 6 weeks. 10U and older play approximately half of their games at home and half away at neighboring regions. Winter indoor season runs every Saturday from the second Saturday of January through the second Saturday of March, and consists of two 5-week sessions. All divisions follow 3v3 futsal rules, with some modifications for our location, which is at the First Baptist Church, 980 Haven Rd in Albion, . Teams are formed based on who attends for the given day. We also offer skills sessions on Tuesday nights for the 6U, 8U, 10U divisions. Spring outdoor season runs from the last two Tuesdays of March through the end of May or sometimes the first weekend in June. Tuesday practices begin on the last two Tuesdays of March. Beginning in April, practices continue on Tuesdays at 6pm, with 8U and older divisions adding a second practice on Thursdays at 6pm. Spring games start on the 3rd Saturday of April, and run for 6 weeks, with a potential week off at Labor Day if necessary. 10U and older play approximately half of their games at home and half away at neighboring regions. We have open registration with no tryouts. Watch for a "guaranteed" registration date that guarantees your spot on a team. After a certain point prior to the season, we have to limit division and team size because we have to have coaches and game schedules, so register by this cutoff date to reserve your spot. Late registrants will be placed on teams as space, coaches, and games are available.
