A little advice to help you level up. This skill makes for more responsive turns and more efficient use of your momentum. An excellent skill for emergency maneuvers, changing your trajectory quickly. Using your skis as an extension of your own body is a game changer. It's all about physics 🤓!!!

Fun Facts

Pomerelle Ski Patrol has 42 active patrollers, with an additional handful that come from Magic Mountain, Soldier Mountain, and even Kelly Canyon to help with a few shifts.

New candidate classes are held every 3 to 4 years. The candidate’s first year is a very demanding year for both the candidates and the patrollers.

Patrollers ski (or board) around 450-500 shifts on the hill every year. A day shift is from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and night shifts are from 4:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
