Akron Community Building

Our latest project is a BIG one!

Our main fundraising focus last year during the annual trap shoot and Boone County Big Give was new windows and main door! After being waitlisted for a while everything is installed.

The windows in the building were original and now we have nice new ones to last for years to come!

Thank you to everyone who has donated and continued to donate to help us reach our goals.

We are participating in Big Give again this year so please think of us while giving week ❤️

Here is what we have been up to lately!

A new bathroom in the basement. Framed and drywall the walls, flooring, toilet and sink!

This addition will be great for events held at the Akron Community Building.

We are so thankful for the donations so far! Cutoff time is fast approaching. Online donations are still open!

You officially have under 8 hours to support local charitable causes for the Boone County Big Give! It’s one of the few opportunities where your dollars stay right here at home: https://bcbiggive.org
