Important news from the Mayors desk!

"There has been a water main break in the City of Albia. Crews are currently working on the problem and will continue to work until the issue is resolved.
In order to protect the public from a potential health hazard caused by contaminated water, all citizens are advised to "boil" all water prior to use for drinking, cooking, or preparing baby food. The water should be boiled for a least one minute after reaching a rolling boil. Citizens should continue to boil their water until they are notified by their water utility that the water system has been restored to full operation, and that the microbiological quality of the water in the distribution system is safe for human consumption.
We will announce when the system testing indicates the water is safe for consumption. We are working on making drinking water available to the community and an announcement will be made as soon as that is arranged. Keep your eye on these sites for further updates as they arise.

🌼 Spring Clean-Up Coming Soon 🌼

As spring approaches, we’ll be doing a park-wide clean-up.

We want residents to be prepared to clean up their lots to avoid lot violations. This includes removing trash, debris, and items stored outside that are not allowed under the lease.

Thank you to the residents who already keep their lots clean.
