Thank you to our wonderful librarians for planning and hosting the many activities. (Seriously, check out the full itinerary 🤩) There is a lot of time and energy devoted to make summer so fun and full of learning for our kids, and the library team truly loves serving our community. Reading to your kids is the greatest gift. Send us a message or stop at the library if you need help signing up for Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library - a free book each month in the mail for Monroe County residents 0-5 years old 📚

It's , celebrating children's books and the importance of literacy and reading! Recent research shows children enrolled in the Imagination Library build strong early reading foundations that help words, characters, and dreams take root.📚

"We have been signed up since our little boy was 6 months old. He is now coming up to 18 months and he loves new book day... it’s helped with his speech and recognition skills. We are very grateful to have this available to us.” (Kristy N.)
