🚜🌽 Friendly Fair Reminder! 🐄🐖

As we kick off another great Monroe County Fair, let's remember that 4-H is about more than ribbons—it's about respect, responsibility, and sportsmanship. 💚🍀

We ask all 4-H members, families, volunteers, and supporters to follow the Iowa 4-H Code of Conduct by:
⭐ Treating everyone with kindness and respect.
⭐ Showing good sportsmanship—win or lose.
⭐ Using positive language and actions.
⭐ Respecting judges, volunteers, superintendents, staff and fellow exhibitors.
⭐ Helping make the fairgrounds a safe, welcoming place for everyone.

The fair is a chance to learn, grow, and make memories that last a lifetime. Let's work together to create a positive experience for every exhibitor and family.

Important July Dates

July 8, ALL animals coming to Monroe County Fair must be entered into FairEntry. This includes 4-H, Clover Kids and FFA animals. FairEntry – Management Software for Fairs and Shows www.fairentry.com

July 8, Registration papers for Market and Breeding Beef are due to the Extension Office. No digital copies will be accepted. There is a red mailbox on the building for drop off after hours.

July 9, 4-H and Clover Kids Clothing sign-up ends. Be sure to enter into FairEntry. FairEntry – Management Software for Fairs and Shows

July 9, Deadline to sign up for Extreme Showmanship. Must have completed 12th grade. Call the office 641-932-5612 or email [email protected]

July 26, ALL 4-H and Clover Kids static must be entered into FairEntry. Tags will be available at Static Judging. FairEntry – Management Software for Fairs and Shows
