Bence and Candan Decker preached yesterday. They have two sisters and are 18 year old quadruplets set to graduate this month.
Candan preached Sunday morning about tree roots and used an example of a wild fig tree in South Africa. Its root system went 400 ft deep, and preached we needed to be “rooted” or “deep” in Jesus Christ by consistent and faithful prayer 🙏🏼 and fasting, Bible 📕 reading, faithful to the house of God (don’t miss church. Make it your priority) and picking up our cross daily.
Bence, (pictured), 🔥 preached the evening service on the subject, “Pray and Watch.” He challenged the church to make sure we’re all prayed up everyday so we have enough oil in our lamps if the Lord decides to take his church out of this world.We cannot be like those that asked for oil in their lamps because they knew full well they should have kept their oil full in the first place.
Both messages challenged the church to stay strong by focusing on what works.
