Whewww... the real feel today is 110°F here in eastern North Carolina! 🥵
Everyone is doing their best to stay cool - including Nelson, who has been following me from trough to trough in search of the coldest water possible. 😂
We hope you all have a fun and safe holiday weekend - and don't forget to stay cool and hydrated! 🇺🇸🍉 I'm finishing up the seventh round of refilling water today, and we'll be working around the clock to make sure everyone stays safe and comfortable. Walking outside feels like stepping into a sauna, and temperatures this high mean everyone needs a little extra support.
