We loved seeing so many people out at the airport, thanks to everyone that came out and made it happen! It was a great way to kick off the summer, even if we had to turn the heat on in the hangar! Keep an eye out for our future events and our next hangar hangout!

Hangar Hangout this Saturday May 21st at the Albert Lea Airport! Our local EAA chapter is hosting a Flying Start Event during the day and afterwards everyone is welcome to come out for a hangout hangout! Talk with other people excited about aviation and then we’ll be playing Top Gun once the sun goes down. Bring food to share! Everyone is invited! Starts at 5!

Flying Tigers is a flight club based at the Albert Lea Airport. We are geared towards helping pilots build time and experience at low costs, as well as generating community interest in aviation! Our main planes are a Piper Warrior with dual G5 Garmin and a Piper Archer with a new engine. Dm us for more details or stop by our monthly meetings every second Thursday at 6!
