๐ Remind them they matter.
Many people facing mental health challenges also struggle with isolation, hopelessness, or substance use. While no single conversation can solve everything, meaningful connections can help people feel seen, supported, and less alone.
As a community, we can help reduce stigma by talking openly about mental health and substance use and by showing compassion to those who are struggling.
