All jokes aside, the practical items donated to FAM help us care for widows, children in foster care, and local families when needs arise. A package of pajamas, a box of diapers, toiletries, pantry supplies, or another everyday essential may feel small—but it becomes tangible evidence that someone is seen, loved, and supported.

We’re so thankful for Friends of FAM for hosting the FAM JAM 5K on Saturday, November 7 in Locust! Their heart for bringing our community together to support this ministry means so much to us.

✨ What a night to remember!✨

Our hearts are so full of gratitude as we look back on an incredible evening at the FAM Gala!

We are truly thankful for everyone who attended, volunteered, gave, and helped make this night possible. Your generosity, encouragement, and belief in our mission mean more than words can express.

Because of you, we can continue serving children and families and sharing the love, hope, and support they deserve. We are so grateful to have a community that comes together to make such a meaningful difference!

So thankful for community partners like Whitley Automotive. 🙌🏻

One of our favorite parts of the Whitley Loyalty Program is getting to turn something you’re already doing, taking care of your vehicle, into an opportunity to help someone else. ❤️

For the rest of this year, we’re partnering with Faith Alive Ministries and the work they’re doing for foster care and adoption.
As a Whitley Loyalty member, a portion of the rewards connected to your visits can help us give back. You take care of your vehicle, and together, we get to do a little more for families who could use our support.

Our next Fostering Connections Village Night is coming up, and we’d love to have your family join us for an evening of dinner, skating, and connection at Sk8 City!

Village Night is for foster, adoptive, and kinship families, and the whole family is invited. Come enjoy a fun night out, meet other families who understand the journey, and spend some time with a community that’s here to support you. 💚

The loss of a spouse can feel lonely, but you don’t have to walk through grief alone. 🤍

Faith Alive Ministries is partnering with The Gathering to host GriefShare’s Loss of a Spouse event on Saturday, October 24, from 9–11 a.m. at the Dream House in Albemarle.

Whether your loss is recent or it has been some time, you’re invited to spend the morning with people who understand and find support and hope for the days ahead.
