Thank you to the West Stanly Rotary Club for the opportunity to share the heart and mission of Faith Alive Ministries this week!

We are grateful for community partners who care deeply about serving widows, orphans, and vulnerable families right here in our region. It was a privilege to share how God is working through Faith Alive Ministries and the many ways our community can put faith into action.

A special thank you to Carmen Nunalee and the members of the West Stanly Rotary Club for your warm welcome, encouragement, and commitment to making a difference in the lives of others.

Together, we can continue living out James 1:27 by caring for widows and orphans in their time of need. 🫶🏼

Our very first Fostering Connections Village Night is happening Monday, June 8, and we would love for you to join us!

This special evening is for foster, adoptive, and kinship families — as well as the people who make up their village of support. Whether you’re currently walking this journey yourself or want to come alongside families who are, this night is designed to bring encouragement, connection, and community.

As Foster Care Month comes to a close, we want to remind our community that there is still time to say “yes” to making a difference in the life of a child. 💛

This fall, Faith Alive Ministries will host a Foster Care Licensing Class in partnership with Baptist Children’s Home. Classes will take place on Tuesday nights from 5:30–8:30 PM beginning September 8.

Maybe fostering is something God has been stirring in your heart. Maybe you simply want to learn more about what it looks like to step into the lives of children and families in need. This could be your next step.

Last summer, Jaxon saw a need and decided to do something about it 💛🍋

On his own, he set up a lemonade stand to raise money for Faith Alive Ministries—and his kindness made a real impact for widows and orphans in our community.

Now, we’re inviting MORE kids to follow Jaxon’s example through FAM-o-nade!!

This Summer Mission Month, children of all ages can:
🍋 Register for a FAM-o-nade kit
🍋 Host a lemonade stand at least once during July
🍋 Donate their proceeds to help local widows and vulnerable children

We believe kids don’t have to wait until they’re older to make a difference. They can serve, give, and change the world right now.
