The Rotary Club of Albany, with support from a grant provided by Rotary District 6900, has purchased and installed an automated external defibrillator (AED) at one of the City’s recreation centers.

Thornton Park—home to a busy swimming pool complex serving more than 3,500 children each summer—will benefit greatly from this addition, enhancing the safety and well-being of all participants.

Special thanks to Rotarian Rick Newell and Newell Construction for their valuable guidance and support throughout the installation process.
