Jack and Jill of America, Incorporated proudly congratulates the newly elected 2026–2028 National Executive Board.
Elected during the 47th National Convention in Baltimore, Maryland, the 2026–2028 National Executive Board brings together an exceptional team of leaders with extensive experience in national and regional governance, financial stewardship, youth programming, education, community engagement, and leadership development.

The members of the 2026–2028 National Executive Board are:
29th National President – Deidre S. Lindsey, Mid-Western Region
National Vice President – Fatimah Moody, Eastern Region
National Treasurer – Jennifer Jackson, South Central Region
National Program Director – Tasha B. Penny, Far West Region
National Corresponding Secretary – Aimy Steele, Mid-Atlantic Region
National Recording Secretary – Latrecia Jordan, Southeastern Region
National Editor – Jon Porter, Central Region

Congratulations to the 2026–2028 National Executive Board as they embark on this new chapter of leadership and service, building upon Jack and Jill’s proud legacy while shaping an even stronger future for the organization.

Founded in 1938 by Black mothers, Jack and Jill of America, Incorporated is dedicated to nurturing future African American leaders through leadership development, volunteer service, philanthropic giving and civic engagement.

We are so excited to celebrate our very own Mother Ceylane!

The Board of Regents and State Education Department Commissioner Betty A. Rosa today announced the appointment of Ceylane Meyers-Ruff to Senior Deputy Commissioner for Education Policy. In this role, Meyers-Ruff will oversee the Offices of P-12 Education and Higher Education. The Senior Deputy Commissioner serves on the Commissioner’s Leadership Team and provides guidance, analysis, and direction to achieve the State Education Department's strategic goals. https://bit.ly/4xsKfFX

This past weekend our GRAL mothers came together to plan engaging programs, strengthen our sisterhood, and warmly welcome our new moms as we prepare to create memorable experiences for our Jacks and Jills. We’re excited for the 2026-2027 Programming Year…we will lead with intention and provide meaningful opportunities that inspire leadership, foster lifelong friendships, and enrich the lives of our children and families! 🩷💙🩷💙
