This April… something powerful is taking root in Albany, Georgia.

The Sherrod Institute proudly presents its 6th Annual Farm Field Day & Gala—a transformational two-day experience happening April 23rd and 24th.

Day One—Thursday at Resora—step onto the land and into purpose.
Engage in hands-on workshops, farm tours, and powerful conversations centered around sustainability, land ownership, and generational impact.

Then on Friday, join us in downtown Albany at the Hilton Garden Inn for more dynamic sessions, training, and insight designed to empower farmers, leaders, and communities alike.

And as the sun sets… the celebration rises.

Join us for an unforgettable Benefit Gala at 6:30 PM—honoring Shirley Sherrod’s 60 years of service… and featuring a powerful Circle of Sisters with voices that have shaped movements and inspired change.

Special guests include LaTosha Brown, Konda Mason, Oleta Garrett Fitzgerald, Dr. Penny Brown Reynolds, and Freedom Singer Rutha Mae Harris.
