Dedicated to serving everyone in New York’s Capital Region of the 21st Congressional District, serving Albany, Troy, Rensselaer, Schenectady, Saratoga, Schoharie, Fulton, and Montgomery Counties. The purpose of the African American Cultural Center of the Capital Region is to encourage community investment and involvement. The center is African American owned, developed, and managed, and seeks to e
nhance the quality of life for African Americans and all residents living in the Capital Region. The Center will be a source of much-needed community renewal and investment, and is poised to impact the region’s cultural and tourism industry, spur job creation and growth, and build stronger, more vibrant communities.
