The information in the neighborhood email was a little vague. We've got the 411.
The Active Older Adult Strength training is a joint class between NNORC and the YMCA, led by a YMCA instructor. It will be held every Wednesday at 1 pm in the neighborhood at the Love Albany Center at 8 Kate St.. It's for adults age 60+. Get your fresh local sweet corn at the Delaware Community Farmers' Market. The market runs every Tuesday, from 4 to 7 pm, behind our library at 331 Delaware Ave., Albany. You'll find fresh local fruits, veggies, grass-fed meat, baked goods, flowers, honey, jam, eggs, aromatherapy, gem stones and more.
We're excited S&H Homemade Kitchen will be back with their delicious sourdough bread, bagels, foccacia and more this Tuesday. The Holy Spirit Lutherans will be joining us to collect school supplies and the Lemonade Stand is returning while the weather is warm for their various specialty cold drinks with fruit.
You can bring donations for the Food Pantry every week.
WIC & Senior FMNP coupons welcome. Your EBT/SNAP purchases can be matched with Fresh Connect Checks.
