Yesterday marked the final day of our conference in New Brunswick, and what a wonderful way to wrap up an unforgettable week of learning, laughter, and connection!

We closed out our time together with an inspiring keynote from Sheri Jacobs, who shared insights on the unexpected power of boundaries and how they can help us build deeper connections. It was a meaningful way to conclude a week focused on strengthening ourselves, our leadership, and our professional community.

A special thank you to our ๐—˜๐—ฑ๐˜‚๐—ฐ๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป ๐—–๐—ผ๐—บ๐—บ๐—ถ๐˜๐˜๐—ฒ๐—ฒ ๐—–๐—ผ-๐—–๐—ต๐—ฎ๐—ถ๐—ฟ๐˜€, Becky Oliver and Alex Pomerantz, and their entire committee for putting together an incredible lineup of speakers and educational sessions that challenged, inspired, and equipped us with valuable tools to bring back to our congregations.

Throughout the week, we were also grateful for the work of our ๐—ง๐—ถ๐—ธ๐—ธ๐˜‚๐—ป ๐—ข๐—น๐—ฎ๐—บ ๐—–๐—ผ๐—บ๐—บ๐—ถ๐˜๐˜๐—ฒ๐—ฒ ๐—–๐—ผ-๐—–๐—ต๐—ฎ๐—ถ๐—ฟ๐˜€, Sarah Wilschek and Lisa Stein, and their committee for helping us make a positive impact beyond the conference through our partnerships with Keshet and MAZON.

Your commitment, along with the efforts of all our volunteers, made this week possible!

As we head home with new ideas, stronger connections, and wonderful memories, we're reminded that the best part of this conference is the people who make up our community. After our last workshop block, our Partner Reception brought the Exhibit Hall to life with conversations, connections, and opportunities to learn more about our valued partners. Yesterday, we were thrilled to welcome attendees to New Brunswick for the start of our conference! It was wonderful to reconnect with so many familiar faces and welcome new ones into our community.

We kicked things off by welcoming our exhibitors as the Exhibit Hall came to life with color, energy, and excitement. Our First Timers gathered with their Conference Buddies for a special reception before being joined by everyone at the Welcome Reception.

A special thank you to our First Timer Co-Chairs, Daniel Ricken and Candace Vogel, and their entire committee for the time and care they've put into thoughtfully matching our first-time attendees with volunteer Conference Buddies to help them feel welcomed, connected, and part of our community from the very beginning.

The celebration continued with our Opening Banquet, sponsored by J-License, followed by a dazzling dueling pianos performance that brought plenty of music, laughter, and fun to the evening.

What a fantastic way to begin a week filled with connection, community, and inspiration. We can't wait to dive into learning and professional development with our Opening Keynote and educational sessions this morning!
