Start at The Eleven at Lark Hall to welcome Caity Gallagher on Sunday, June 21st from 12-2pm for free. Indie folk singer songwriter Caity Gallagher performs all around the Capital Region and beyond, both in her primary role as a solo acoustic performer and in many other groupings.

Then take a trip to Washington Park for Make Music Albany, a community event that aims to strengthen social and cultural ties, elevate the profile of our city internationally, and support amateur and professional musicians. These FREE events occur throughout the City of Albany starting at 12pm.

In the park we’ve got Dad Fest, which commences at 1:30PM. This is the City of Albany’s celebration of all the fantastic fathers & father figures out there, featuring a Classic Car Show with over 100+ cars, family friendly activities like rock climbing, bounce houses, great food and vendors!

But, of course, you don’t have to be a dad to the Dad Fest festivities!

We’ve got your whole day planned for Saturday!

Not only by sponsoring the event but all the work Park Albany does to help folks come to our great city for these events and Live Sound Incorporated for being such professionals and making the whole day sound as amazing as it did. Wow! It happened, guys! Thousands of people flocked to Lark for the return of Art on Lark yesterday! We’re loving seeing all your pictures and videos and wanna see more so make sure to tag us!

Thank you to the City of Albany and Mayor Applyrs for your help pulling this off, the ten amazing bands who rocked either side of the street all day (and the few in between!) and of course our incredible and patient vendors. Seeing all their creativity and hard work up and down the strip was inspiring.

All the vendors from yesterday are still listed on the website with links so you can follow and support further if you didn’t get the chance yesterday!

And once again a shout out to our generous sponsors! We couldn’t have done it without you!

And thanks to Mother Nature for holding it together to give us all a beautiful day! Let’s keep this energy going!!!
