South GA's Lung Run ~ National Lung Cancer Awareness Month is November! created to make a difference in lung cancer patients lives in our area!!

5K run and 1 mile fun walk, created & organized in memory of my Mom, Jackie Odom, to benefit our own non-profit (Run for your Lungs Jackie's Run for Life, Inc.) Lake Blackshear Resort, Saturday Nov. 6, 2021. The 5K will begin @ 9:30AM, 1 mile fun walk to begin shortly after! Fun for all ages & levels. We are a part of the RUN & SEE GA GRAND PRIX SERIES!Come support a great cause & enjoy a beautiful scenic run around Lake Blackshear! Special $110per night pricing for overnight stays @ the Lake Blackshear Resort, www.lakeblackshearresort.com. We need Sponsors, Volunteers, and PARTICIPANTS!!! :)

Cancer affects everyone! Come run or walk in memory or honor of someone special in your life who has struggled with cancer! Or just because you know it's a great cause ~ or because you're a great runner! See you there ~

She was always first to sign up!! This is how I got to know Mary Anne! For so many years, I loved someone who always wanted to jump in & be first… esp the early years when we were begging people to be a part of RFYL. You are such a fighter & we are with you my sweet friend 🥰🥰
