For more than 100 years, the Order of the Arrow (OA) has recognized Scouts and Scouters who best exemplify the Scout Oath and Law in their daily lives. Section E20 is excited to welcome Kelson Dugdale, our Gateway Region Chief to AmeriCLAVE 2026! Kelson is from Okinawa, Japan, and currently studies mechanical engineering at the University of California San Diego. As the Gateway Region Chief he loves putting on quality NLS courses and providing support for lodges across the region.
